- Managing Director: The Managing Director has overall responsibility for ensuring the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of the EMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, and allocating the necessary resources for environmental management.
- Environmental Manager(if applicable): The Environmental Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the EMS, coordinating environmental initiatives, monitoring compliance, and driving improvements in environmental performance.
- Project Managers: Project Managers are responsible for integrating environmental considerations into the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring that all relevant environmental risks are identified and mitigated.
- Employees and Contractors: All employees and contractors are expected to:
- Comply with environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in environmental training and awareness programs.
- Report environmental hazards, incidents, or concerns to management.
- Take personal responsibility for reducing environmental impact in their daily tasks and activities.
Risk Assessment and Impact Management
