Bruce is an accomplished professional with an extensive track record of success in various executive roles across corporate entities in South Africa, the UK and Australia. He has a proven ability to provide strategic direction, leadership and development in advisory and management consulting businesses.
With a background as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Bruce has over 30 years of international experience managing the development, procurement, and delivery of infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. He has advised on all stages of the project lifecycle, from strategic inception and feasibility study through procurement, construction, and into operation. Additionally, he has provided expert guidance on claims and dispute litigation support.
Bruce's management, commercial acumen, creativity and problem-solving talents have been applied in a variety of high-profile projects in South Africa, the UK, Australia, Qatar, and abroad. These include PPP projects in the Health, Education, Correctional and Commercial sectors, as well as various precinct-related urban regeneration projects.
Since relocating to Australia in 2010, Bruce has provided advisory services on a range of infrastructure-related projects for Federal and State Governments, as well as blue-chip private sector organisations. His proven ability to manage complex projects, resolve difficult issues and deliver results that exceed expectations makes him a valuable asset to any team or organisation. He is a member of NSW Health Infrastructure’s Expert Advisory Panel and a member of Transgrid’s external assurance panel.
Victor is a Chartered Engineer and transport industry advisor with experience that includes transport infrastructure and fleet design coordination and management, procurement, commercial, financial, and technical due diligence assessments. Victor has extensive experience in operational readiness and handover, interface management, commercial strategy and modelling, design and fit out of asset maintenance facilities, train and rail systems project management, key stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
Victor has led and developed a wide variety of projects including designing upgrades for fleet maintenance facilities, rail technical interface management, and the project management of large multimillion dollar transport projects.
Victor has had roles such as the technical lead on major infrastructure projects, supply chain and operations management, project management office set up and organisation, as well as rail systems coordinator for high profile rail projects. Victor is fluent in both English and Spanish languages. Victor’s experience spans across all rail and transport fleet systems including light rail, metro, heavy rail passenger, freight and bus.
Victor has hands on senior management experience including managing teams, setting and delivering on stretched KPI targets and leading sectors and strategic bids and initiatives.Victor has a Master of Applied Finance at Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) at University of Sydney.
